Day 3 - Worship in Spirit and Truth

Worship is not a performance. It is not three songs on a Sunday morning or the right posture in a pew. Jesus described worship as something that originates in the spirit and is grounded in truth. That means genuine worship requires honesty before God about who we are and who He is. It means our inward man must bow before our outward actions ever will. When we worship from the inside out, the rest of life begins to align. Ask God today to search your heart and reveal where your worship has been more outward habit than inward surrender.
