Will, a Louisiana native, met Autumn, a Japan born missionary kid, in San Antonio, TX while attending International Bible College. They moved to Helena, Montana in 2005 to work with Last Chance Chapel. Will and Autumn served in the church for fifteen years, while running a business and raising a family. In 2020, the Parsons began the transition into pastoral ministry at Helena Valley Faith Center and Will became senior pastor in April of 2023. They have a passion for ministry and missions. Will and Autumn have five children, who also serve in church with their parents. The Parsons are looking forward to what God has in store for the church family in the coming years.

Pastor MJ jumps in whenever and wherever - from coordinating events, leading the first response team, teaching Faith Journeys, and leading FCC. She travels to Burundi and Tanzania frequently doing missions work. Pastor MJ is a retired 20-year combat veteran of the Montana Army National Guard where she served as a Chinook helicopter pilot with a deployment to Afghanistan.

Pastors Brandon and Abi are uniquely gifted to minister to the youth of this generation. They have been actively involved in various children, youth and worship ministries in the area. Their hearts are to serve the whole body of Christ. They desire to build bridges for those youth to find their way into the family of God. Then, as a valued part of God's family they can know, find and fulfill God's calling on their lives.
