Day 1 - The God Who Cannot be Compared

It is easy to drift toward things we can see, manage, and control. The human heart craves something tangible. But God confronts that tendency with a simple and sobering question: to whom will you compare Me? There is no honest answer that diminishes Him. Every idol, every substitute, every comfort we elevate above God is a candle held up against the sun. The two cannot even begin to compare.

Begin today by sitting quietly before God and asking yourself what you have allowed to occupy the place that belongs only to Him.
