Jeff and his wife Colleen have been married for over 42 years, have two adult children who are married along with two young grandsons. They love spending time with each other - even if it's going to Walmart on a grocery shopping "date!"

MINISTRY BIO
Jeff and Colleen were senior pastors of the local Foursquare Church in East Helena, Montana for over 24 years. During their tenure, their church was missions focused; both locally and globally, and continually looked for ways to strengthen believers and churches.  Over the previous decade, Jeff and Colleen both had been given many opportunities to teach and train Pentecostal pastors and leaders worldwide.  As the FMI Emissary to Burundi (since 2020) Jeff was instrumental in assisting the National Leader of the Foursquare Church of Burundi to start their first certified Bible School called the Burundi School of Mission.  Jeff travels to Burundi 2 times per year to teach 300 of the world’s poorest yet finest pastors.  In addition, together Jeff & Colleen have been given an assignment in Wales through Foursquare-UK to assist and provide encouragement and resourcing with training for the local churches. With the Lord’s and your help, the Richardses will be in Wales for three years starting in 2024.
