Day 4 - Walking in Integrity Before God and Man

Job lost his wealth, his children, and his health in rapid succession. His friends told him God had wronged him. His circumstances seemed to confirm it. Yet Job did not charge God with wrong. He held fast to his integrity even when it cost him everything. Integrity is not simply doing the right thing when people are watching. It is remaining consistent before God when no one else would ever know the difference. The Christian life was never designed to be a Sunday performance followed by a week of compromise. God is looking for men and women whose private lives match their public declarations. That alignment is where He does His greatest work.

Reflection: Is there a gap between who you are at church and who you are when no one is watching?

Practical Application: Choose one area of your private life where you will begin making decisions as though God's eyes are fully upon you, because they are.
