Day 2 - Shaped in the Fire

Metal does not choose the forge. It does not select the temperature, the hammer, or the anvil. It simply endures the process in the hands of the one who holds it. And yet, what emerges from that process is something far more useful, far more beautiful, and far more durable than what went in. God works in your life the same way. The heat you are experiencing right now is not evidence of His absence — it is evidence of His intentional craftsmanship. He knows exactly how hot to make it. He knows exactly when to strike and when to let you rest. He is not trying to break you. He is trying to reshape you into something that will not break when the real tests come.
