Day 2 - God Sees You in the Darkest Valley

Apr 21, 2026

"He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep." God doesn't miss a single detail of your life. When you walk through your hardest trials, when you face overwhelming storms, God sees you. He saw Israel during their darkest days of slavery, and He sees every tear that falls from your eyes. There is no prison—whether made of cement or constructed in your heart—that escapes His notice. God doesn't have a memory problem; He actively works all circumstances to maximize His glory and accomplish His purposes. Even when you feel invisible or forgotten, remember: the Lord is your keeper, your shade at your right hand. He preserves your going out and coming in, now and forevermore.

Reflection Questions

1. In what areas of suffering do you need to remember that God sees you?

2. How does understanding that God's timing is perfect rather than instant help you trust Him when His answers don't look the way you expected?
