Day 5 - Equipped for Kingdom Work

Every believer is deputized for disciple-making. Pastor Will's passionate declaration rings true: "If you believe in Jesus Christ, you are tasked with making disciples." This isn't just missionary or pastoral work—it's saint work. God placed leadership in the church not to do all the ministry, but to equip you for it. You've been given Scripture, the Holy Spirit, and a testimony. There's a world dying in sin that desperately needs what you have. Who in your sphere of influence needs to hear about Jesus? What's holding you back from sharing your story? The work of the ministry isn't happening only within church walls on Sunday mornings—it's happening Monday through Saturday as equipped saints live out their faith. Today, ask God to show you one person you can intentionally invest in for the kingdom.

As you complete this week's devotional journey, remember that spiritual maturity is a process. We're all works in progress, submitted to the lordship of Jesus Christ, growing together in unity, and being equipped to advance God's kingdom.
